Who is the Corporate Admin?

The Corporate Admin is the primary user assigned administrative rights for a company’s corporate banking profile. The admin is responsible for managing the organization’s setup on the platform, including: - Creating additional users - Assigning roles and privileges - Configuring approval workflows - Managing system and transaction limits For existing Corporates using the old Application - Administrative rights are initially assigned by the bank’s operations team. For New Corporates – The admin onboards the platform and it's authorized by the Company Directors to become the Admin of the Corporate Organisation.

On Bank9ja Corporate, the Corporate Admin can assign three main roles: Initiator, Reviewer, and Approver. Each role can be assigned to more than one user depending on the organization’s structure. Initiator – Creates and submits transactions on the platform. Reviewer – Checks and verifies transaction details before they move to final approval. Approver – Provides the final authorization for transactions to be processed.

Can the Admin add existing bank accounts to the platform?

Yes. Once the Corporate Admin has been assigned, they can link the organization’s existing bank accounts to the platform. This allows businesses to: - View balances and transaction history - Initiate payments and transfers - Manage multiple accounts from one centralized dashboard
