Ugbede is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years capital market experience in securities trading, fund arrangement and investment management, a decade at C-Suite Level. In his investment banking career to date, he has successfully arranged financing over US$10billon across multiple sectors i.e., oil & gas, financial services, etc.  

He is the pioneer and current GMD/CEO at Lighthouse Capital Limited providing strategic direction over all securities dealing, share registration, asset management etc… Before his current role, he worked with Veritas Glanvills Pensions Limited and TAK Asset Management Limited managing a combined AUM over US$2.3billion.   

Holds an MBA from the Business School of Netherlands. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), a member of The Commodities Brokers Association of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). An authorized dealing clerk on the floor of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), a Sponsored Individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and an Approved Person by The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), United Kingdom.
