Her expertise spans multiple industries, including Fintech, Banking, and Telecommunications. Mesele has been instrumental in the creation and execution of strategic projects, focusing on stakeholder partnerships, design thinking, innovation, change management, and business process re-engineering for financial institutions in Nigeria and beyond.
Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of Intreensic, a payments education and advisory firm dedicated to digital transformation and strategic development for financial institutions. Under her leadership, Intreensic collaborates with banks and fintechs to enhance business processes, foster innovation, and scale digital services.
Mesele’s recent appointment to the Board of Directors of 9PSB, sanctioned by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), further underscores her leadership prowess.
Mesele served as a Senior Director, Solutions Delivery and Mobile Strategy for Sub Saharan Africa at Visa Inc., where she spearheaded the push payment strategy in 33 African markets for the expansion of access to mobile payments.
Prior to Visa, Mesele was the head of e-Business implementations at GTBank where she managed e-Business Advisory services along with training & support for all the bank’s subsidiaries across the country.
Mesele is a thought leader in Solutions Management and a visionary known for building robust teams and driving organisational success.
She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Abuja and has completed postgraduate programs in Innovation and Design Thinking at prestigious institutions, including MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, Visa University, Visa Leadership School, Visa Business School, and the Hult International Business School. She is a chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and is Agile Project Management Certified.
