Mayowa has over 18 years’ of professional experience and a track record of private equity investing and advisory transactions of up to US$1.1bn. His geographical transaction experience covers eight (8) African countries across diverse industries including manufacturing, telecoms infrastructure, retail, logistics, fintech, agribusiness, recycling and energy.  

He was a Director on the Standard Chartered Private Equity Africa (now Affirma Capital) team, where he had direct management responsibility for investee companies in Nigeria, Botswana and South Africa. His employment history includes reputable global institutions including the International Finance Corporation and Deloitte. 

Mayowa is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an alumnus of the Global Executive MBA program IESE Business School, Spain.
